Buyer/Customer - natural or legal person who places an order.

1.1 By registering an online order, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone and email), through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.
1.2 The notification received by the Buyer, after placing an order, has an informative role and does not represent acceptance the order and the conclusion of the contract. Notification is made by phone or email. For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of the goods and/or services, informing the Buyer by email or by phone. If an order has been paid online and the Buyer refuses to accept the proposed changes, the Seller will return the amount of money paid to the Buyer.
1.3 The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, when the Buyer receives an sms/email such as that his order has been shipped.
1.4 Access to place an order is allowed to any Customer/Buyer. For justified reasons, Creioane Cerate reserves the right to restrict a Buyer's access to certain payment methods, in the event that, through his actions or his activity, he could harm/has harmed the Seller in any way.
1.5 For reasons justified, the Seller may refuse the delivery of products to a Buyer, if based on the behavior or activity of the Client/Buyer, his actions could/have prejudiced the Seller in any way.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

2.1 The information requested in the case of online payments falls under the conditions of use of payment processors, and Creioane-Cerate.ro will not request or store any details related to your card. Libra Pay is the online payment processor used by the Seller.

RIGHT OF RETURN

3.1 The legislation provides the right of the consumer to return the products ordered online within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Exceptions to this rule are products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer.
3.2 The buyer must notify by email to contact@creioane-cerate.ro that he wishes to return the products within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the package. The return condition is for the product to be in the same condition as it was delivered: in the original packaging with all accessories and labels, without signs of use. The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
3.3 The buyer bears the return shipping fee. The buyer undertakes to pack the product(s) properly so that they are not damaged during transport. The return will be made either through the courier company that processed the initial delivery of the goods, or through another courier company chosen by the Buyer, to the address:

3.4 The Buyer agrees that the refund will be made only by bank transfer, to the IBAN account mentioned by the Buyer. The money will be returned within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the package by the Seller.
